Iodine-rich foods


Iodine-rich foods, such as seaweed and shellfish and iodized salt and dried fruits such as almonds, cashews, pistachios, as well as any kind of spices and plants irritants such as 

coffee and cinnamon.

Foods that have a common property which impede the absorption of iodine, they are:

Broccoli;
Turnips and radishes;
Legumes such as soy beans;
Cassava, sweet potatoes and flax seeds.
